How do I book a ticket?
Open the event, hit "Book your ticket", pick your seat or table on the hall map (or a quantity for general admission), fill in your name, number and email, and pay securely online.
How does my ticket reach me?
Once payment confirms, your ticket is emailed to you with its QR code. Save the ticket page link too, or find it later from the "My tickets" page using your mobile number and we will email it again.
How can I pay?
Securely online by card (Visa / Mastercard) or with PayPal, depending on what is enabled at the time you book. You pay at the moment of booking and the ticket arrives by email immediately.
Why does PayPal charge me in US dollars?
PayPal does not settle Jordanian dinars, so the amount is charged in US dollars at the dinar's pegged rate. The dollar amount is shown to you before you confirm, and the ticket price in dinars does not change.
Does the code really only scan once?
Yes — each ticket admits one entry. If someone tries the same code a second time, the scanner rejects it.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a cancellation from your ticket page, and the organizer reviews it under their own refund policy. If they accept, they refund you and the seats go back on sale.
The event is sold out — what now?
Join the waiting list from the booking page and we will let you know if tickets open up.
Do I need an account?
No. You can book as a guest with just your name, number and email. An account is optional — it simply keeps all your tickets in one place.
How do I list my own events?
From the "List your events" page. You can set up your events straight away, and we switch on publishing after a quick review of your account.
