• Booking details: your name and mobile number, and your email (to send the ticket).
• Account details (optional): name, mobile, email and a hashed password.
• Technical data: device type and pages visited, via analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, to improve the service and our marketing.

How we use it

• To complete your booking, issue your ticket, and deliver it to your inbox.
• To contact you about your booking or your place on a waiting list.
• To give the organizer the door list for their own event (your name and number, for verification at the door).
• To measure how the site and our advertising perform, and improve the experience.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the organizer of the event you booked (to manage attendance), and with trusted service providers (payment, email, analytics) to the extent needed to run the service.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to run the site (including one that remembers your language), and analytics/advertising cookies where those are enabled. You can control cookies from your browser settings.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask to see your data, correct it, or have it deleted.
